When you visit, the server may process IP address, access time, requested URL, referrer, browser and operating-system information for operation and security.
3. Account and marketplace data
When you sign up, username, email address and a hashed password are stored. Website submissions, campaigns, internal points and related activity are processed to provide the service.
4. Cookies
Technically necessary session and language-selection cookies are used for login, CSRF protection and language persistence. The application does not implement its own marketing tracking cookies.
5. Payment data when VMESH billing is enabled
The service stores assigned public VMESH addresses, invoice totals, verification status and confirmation times. Public blockchain transactions are permanent and publicly accessible. Verification is performed through a locally configured wallet RPC connection.
6. External resources
Some frontend resources currently load from third-party CDNs (jsDelivr and cdnjs), which may receive connection metadata. Review these integrations before launching paid service.
7. Retention and rights
Rights of access, correction, erasure, restriction, objection and data portability apply within relevant legal limits. Legal record-retention requirements may prevent immediate deletion. Blockchain records cannot be deleted from a public chain.

2. Service
Publishers may submit eligible websites for sponsored-link placement. Advertisers may create campaigns matched to available publisher sites. Placements are disclosed as sponsored and use rel="nofollow sponsored".
3. VMESH billing, when enabled
Listing activation is a one-time account-level payment. Campaign access lasts for the advertised number of days per confirmed VMESH payment, and only renews after a new payment; there is no automatic renewal. USDT reference tariffs are converted at invoice creation using an external VMESH/USDT ticker, rounded up to whole VMESH and locked on the customer invoice. Only VMESH mainnet payments are accepted. Access is activated after the node verifies at least six mainnet confirmations. Statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
4. Internal points
Internal points are used for marketplace matching and accounting, are not cash balances and are not automatically exchangeable for VMESH.
5. Account and website obligations
Users must be at least 18, protect their login credentials, control sites they submit, accurately describe campaigns and avoid unlawful or misleading content. Publishers must keep placements visible during agreed periods.
6. No search ranking guarantee
The service does not promise improved search rankings, specific traffic or click counts.
7. Liability, account termination and law
Applicable mandatory consumer protection, liability and statutory rights remain unaffected. Users may ask to close their account. German law applies to the extent legally permitted.
